I am Swati Arvind Shingade Chairman and Managing Director of Jogeshwari Kisan Samruddhi producer company Ltd., Khamgalwadi, Baramati, Dist-Pune 413110, Maharashtra,India. I had completed my B.Sc. (Agri) degree from College of Agriculture, Pune and M. Sc. (Agri) degree from MPKV Rahuri.

We have started our producer company with 20 farmers together for processing of organic and chemical free Jaggery and Jaggery powder, Now we have started adding 750 farmers member who are expert in organic and residue free farming for supply of such quality sugarcane.

Our Jaggery processing unit is NPOP organic certified processing unit, havingcapacity 150 ton sugarcane crushing per dayand will get Around 18-20 ton organic and chemical free Jaggery powder per day. Ourprocessing unit is totally untouched production following all hygiene and export norms

Investment in our jagger processing unit is around 7 cr. and we received 1cr. subsidy from State Agriculture Dept. (Maharashtra) employment generation in our Jaggery processing unit is 100 and out of that 50% are ladies and all 750 member are farmers. Aim of our producer company is to target domestic and export market for this purpose we have introduced our jaggery brand ‘JOKICO’ with all certification licening and documentary, Identity of our company is unique as we all are organic and chemical free growers (farmers) withb Brand developed by the farmers.

Founder and Chairman of Company is Women Farmer Mrs. Swati Arvind Shingade and we wish to provide more and more platform for farmers and women in agriculture.We have started our marketing of Jaggery products by digital, online marketing through Facebook, Twitter, amazon, online app B to B marketing, Website, Emails and many more ways. Our producer company of Jaggery producing and trading is one of the best company in Jaggery sector in Maharashtra with hygienic, atomize production and ourAim is to establish our companies identity throughout the world.

We are also growing different crop in green houses on 2.5 acre, open conditions sugarcane (20 acre), Pulses crops (10 acre), Fodder crops (5 acre) and organic farming (5 acre) with drip irrigation system and farm ponds for storage of water, mechanization and use of whether forecasting technologies.

I am also helping to the progressive growers and others farmers through various committees as a member viz., Pune television, KVK, Baramati, MPKV and Atma, Pune.

Being an entrepreneur, we had started Abhinav farmers club, High tech floriculture Centre, Organic brand and Future organic group and awarded with Best Kisan Female Award (2019), Bank of Badoda Award, Udhyog Janani Award from Pravin Masale (2012), Maharashtra Udhyogni Purskar ((2013) from SAKAL and Prayogshil Mahila Farmers Award (2015).
