Title : Farm Mechanization
Brief Note :
One hundred seventy-five students are trained for,
- Custom hiring of Agricultural Equipments at the village level
- Irrigation Manager: Design, Installation of Micro-Irrigation Systems
- Surveys for Agricultural and Watershed Planning and Management
- Polyhouse cultivation of vegetable and floricultural crops.
Details of entrepreneurship skills developed under Experiential
Learning :
The students have acquainted the practical knowledge of Farm Mechanization, tractor driving, micro-irrigation system design, Soil and water conservation, Surveying and leveling, Protected Cultivation, etc. for starting of entrepreneurship in Agricultural Engineering. A total of 06 students of Experiential learning of this old module have completed the program under the guidance of Dr. R.D. Bansod and Prof. M.S. Patil during the Academic Year 2021- 2022.
