1. Before sowing, sorghum seeds (CSH-9) be treated with inoculant mixture of Azotobacter + Azospirillum@ 250 g./10 kg seed alongwith application of 90 kg N/ha.
2. Before sowing, sunflower seeds (Modern) be treated with inoculant mixture of Azotobacter + Azospirillum @ 250 g./10 kg seed alongwith application of45 kg N/ha.
3. Before sowing , wheat seeds (H.D.-2189) be treated with Azospirillum+PSB @ 250 g./10 kg seed alongwith RDF (120:60:60).
4. The onion seeds (N-53) be treated with Azotobacter @ 25 g. /kg seed sown in furrow lines inoculated with VAM @ 4 g/m length for raising the nursery beds. Before transplanting, seedling be dipped in Azotobacter inoculant suspension prepared by adding 1.25 kg Azotobacter. culture in 20 lt. water for 5 minutes and the basal dose of 25 kg. P2 O5 /ha be applied before transplanting.
5. The soybean seeds be treated with Rhizobium + PSB @ 250 g each /10 kg seed for maximum yields.
6. Before sowing seeds of hybrid sorghum (CSH-9) should be treated with Azotobacter @ 250 g/10 kg seed alongwith recommended dose of fertilizers (120:60:60).
7. Before sowing, groundnut (JL-24) seeds should be treated with Phosphate solubilizer @ 250 g/10 kg seed alongwith application of 25 or 50 kg P2 O5 /ha.
8. Seed treatment with Phule Azotobacter Strain ? 4 @ 25.0g / kg along with 75% (45 kg) recommended nitrogen fertilizer dose is recommended for obtaining higher yield and 25% saving of nitrogen fertilizers in rabi sorghum under dry land conditions (2012).
