Experiential Learning Module:
Experiential Learning is an integrated learning system to promote professional skills and knowledge through hands on experience and personal involvement. This programme provides to explore and discover students own potential, confidence building and ability to work in project mode enhancing enterprise management capability among the undergraduate study.
In this section the students were trained in poultry production and in processing of milk and milk products. Product developed includes whey soup, low fat lassi, Piper betel added deshi Cow ghee, Plain Quark Cheese etc.
